About Me
Ξεκίνησε από την ηλικία των 4 τον αθλητισμό και στη συνέχεια πρωταθλητισμό σε πολεμικές τέχνες και στίβο.
Το πάθος της για τη γυμναστική την οδήγησε να ασχοληθεί επαγγελματικά στον χώρο των γυμναστηρίων από το 2015.
Πιστοποιημένη Instructor της Studio One στους τομείς :
-Health and Fitness Professional
-Group Exercise Leader
-Pilates mat & reformer instructor
-Aerobic Choreography Masterworks.
Συνεχίζοντας την εκπαίδευσή της παρακολούθησε σεμινάρια για την αποκατάσταση τραυματισμών.
Στόχος της μέσα από τη δουλειά της είναι οι άνθρωποι που συναντά να κάνουνε την άσκηση ένα ευχάριστο κομμάτι της ζωής τους!
